What are your minimum order requirements?
We love small batch! Many items can be ordered with no minimums, and for others we keep minimums as low as possible so you can order what you actually need.
How long does a custom order take?
Usually, we deliver in 10-14 days after quote approval. If you're in a rush, just let us know and we'll check our schedule.
What file types do you accept for artwork?
We prefer vector formats like .AI, .SVG, or .EPS, though high-quality PDFs or PNGs work too. We review all files for free. Delivery can be arranged for a small fee.
